Photographic works are shipped within approximately three weeks after the order, to ensure high-quality printing and careful processing. In accordance with legislation, you have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of receipt of the work to exercise your right of return, provided that the work is in its original condition. Return shipping costs and any customs duties are your responsibility. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned to us in its original condition and in appropriate packaging. Any item that does not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund.
